  • Ali Malone

    Ali has 20 years of broker experience and is a founding partner and Designated Broker at Waypoint Brokers Collective–a boutique real estate brokerage in Portland Maine. Ali has earned the highest level of brokerage license available in Maine and continues to pursue education about the ever-expanding business of real estate and real estate technology. She has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Portland Board of Realtors, and on three other board committees. In 2024, Ali was number one for single family sales in Portland, was 9th of 1825 for sold volume in Cumberland County and was in the top .75% of all brokers statewide.

    Ali is an expert in the field of new construction condo development and sales. She has been the lead broker on several prior and current condo projects. In addition to that experience, she served as Developer Rep for Reger Dasco properties and managed 113 Newbury from design to completion and consulted on the Mason Block at 62 India Street. This work included developer and architect interface, contractor management, upgrade and selection management and developer punchlists.

  • Bettina Reece

    As a founding member of Waypoint Brokers Collective in Portland, Maine, Bettina is instrumental in its ongoing success. In 2023, she was part of the city's top brokerage team for single-family homes. Her expertise spans client management, negotiations, market analysis, and marketing.

    Before her brokerage career, Bettina honed her skills in development at Fathom Companies, mentored by local developer Jim Brady. Her contributions were integral to projects like the Canopy by Hilton, from the land acquisition to the final punch list. With a blend of sales and development prowess, Bettina offers a unique perspective and invaluable expertise in the real estate industry.

  • Tim Hebert

    Tim graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2001 and worked in his field of engineering for various construction and engineering companies in Boston before moving back to Lewiston, Maine, to follow in his grandfather’s footsteps. Tim serves on the boards of The Construction Services Group Trust, Maine Jobs Council, STARC Systems, and Central Maine Community College Construction Advisory. Tim lives in Yarmouth with his wife, Melissa, his two sons, Jack and Sawyer, and two dogs, Birdie and Barley. In his downtime, you will find Tim playing hockey, surfing, trying to fish for stripers, and snowboarding.

  • Jack Soley

    Jack has 34 years of experience in acquisition, development, construction, management and financing of commercial and residential projects. He is principal and founder of several real estate investment and development companies in the Portland area with a portfolio interest of over one million square feet of commercial and hospitality space.

    Jack is a former member of the Portland Planning Board. He is currently an Instructor and Trustee at the Hurricane Island Outward Bound School. Jack also serves as a Maine Guide Examiner for Inland Fish and Wildlife, State of Maine and holds a 50-Ton Masters Captain’s License with the U.S. Coast Guard, as well as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) license with the State of Maine. He also serves as a Trustee and Chair of the Building and Grounds Committee for the Portland Museum of Art.
